For complete structural safety, the cabin must be anchored to the ground. When secured, it can withstand wind effects of up to 80 km/h.
Under standard usage, the exterior surface maintains its vibrancy for many years without the need for maintenance such as painting. The cabin can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Stains that may develop over time on the exterior of CTP and Panel Cabins can be removed using a brush, similar to washing a vehicle. The silicones used at the joints of the cabin may deteriorate over time due to external factors; in such cases, the silicone should be replaced. Stubborn stains on the exterior of the cabin can be easily cleaned using acetone.
Our cabins have the strength to withstand temperatures ranging from -30 to +60 degrees without deformation. Interior climate control can easily be achieved with devices similar to air conditioning units. The CTP cabin panels are injected with polyurethane raw material at full density during production, providing thermal and sound insulation to the structures. The cabin features a climate control system that enhances performance while ensuring energy savings.
Since CTP cabins are produced using special molds, their dimensions are standard. The CTP polyester cabins come in 19 different sizes, ranging from 3 m² to 48 m², to meet various needs. The panel cabins are also manufactured in the same range, with dimensions from 2 m² to 10 m². Both models include options for WC cabin models as well. The Metropol cabin is produced in standard sizes ranging from 150x150 cm to 300x700 cm. Using a modular system, single-story 42 m² and two-story luxury structures can be constructed quickly with the Metropol cabin.
For all our cabin models, the recommended area is 2 m² per person. Before deciding to purchase a cabin, you can share the number of occupants and your intended use with our sales representatives to receive accurate recommendations.
First and foremost, the ground where the cabin will be installed should be level and even. At Karmod, we recommend pouring a 10 cm thick concrete base for the cabin. This foundation is essential for the comfort of the cabin's use and for ensuring it can be securely anchored. By making the concrete base wider than the product you purchase, you can enhance usability and facilitate anchoring.
The warranty protection for our cabins requires compliance with the general usage conditions specified in the contract. The warranty period for our cabins is one year against manufacturing and assembly defects.
All models of our cabins are equipped with excellent insulation. For climate control, heating and cooling can be easily achieved using air conditioning units and electric heaters, depending on the season.
The transportation method varies depending on the size of the cabin but is generally carried out using a truck. Larger and heavier cabins are shipped via truck or trailer. For ready-to-deliver cabins from the factory, those measuring up to 270x750 cm are shipped as finished products. Other larger cabins are delivered as disassembled parts and are quickly assembled on-site by Karmod experts.
