FLOOR
Floor Covering 14 mm thick non-flammable Betopan boards are used as the floor covering, with 2.5 mm thick PVC used as the flooring finish.
EXTERNAL WALL
System Constructed with reinforced profiles, forming a carcass structure.
Armor A strong steel construction is applied using profiles, covered with HARDOX steel (abrasion-resistant). The protection level is BR7. The total wall thickness is 100 mm.
Interior Surface Coating Over the abrasion-resistant steel, a coat of paint is applied. Water-resistant chipboard or other optional interior cladding materials can be used for aesthetic purposes.
Wall Insulation Made of 50 mm thick, 40 kg/m³ rock wool (fire class A1) providing full thermal insulation with healthy and safe materials.
Exterior Surface Coating The exterior surface is covered with 10 mm thick Stonecoat or wood-patterned Betopan boards, based on preference.
ROOF
Roof System Manufactured using specially shaped construction and single-piece load-bearing profiles. It is sloped to one side to prevent explosive materials from accumulating. Galvanized trapezoidal roof.
Roof Insulation 80 mm thick glass wool (14 kg/m³) is used for insulation.
Interior Surface Coating PVC lamination is used for the interior ceiling. (Optional 8 mm Betopan can be used) (For WC-equipped metropolitan cabins, PVC lamination is used for the interior ceiling.)
Exterior Surface Coating The exterior surface is covered with Stonecoat patterned chipboards.
DOORS
External Door Made from BR7-class HARDOX abrasion-resistant steel.
Dimensions: 800x1950 mm. The door includes a 450x450 mm BR7-class viewing window.
WINDOWS Bulletproof EN 1063 BR7 NS class. The glass has a bulletproof certification from the internationally accredited laboratory TÜV Rheinland. It is scratch-resistant polycarbonate-based. The glass thickness is 85 mm and can be produced in custom sizes.
PAINTS
Exterior Facade The exterior surfaces are painted with silicone-based exterior paint in the desired color.
Door Frames Primed with 1 coat of rapid primer paint.
Metal Components 1 coat of rapid primer paint is applied.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION (Concealed)
System The cabin includes one socket and one telephone socket. Additionally, three corners of the eaves are equipped with floodlights for lighting.
INSTALLATION Electrical power: 2000 W, 220 Volts. For sockets, 3x2.5 mm; for lighting, 2x1.5 mm TSE certified NYM cables are used. All installation materials are TSE certified.
OTHER The cabin is equipped with ventilation and exterior lighting. An emergency siren can be installed upon request to cause panic in the attacker.

AIR CONDITIONER 9000 BTU air conditioner
FIRE EXTINGUISHER One fire extinguisher is included inside the cabin.
LIFTING FUNCTION
The cabin can be lifted and lowered with lifting lugs and steel ropes from the four corners. The weight of the cabin will vary depending on its size.
